Who I am
I am a composer and improviser. As VODANS, I create music in the moment — without sheet music and without a fixed programme.
A warm piano sound forms the foundation, with soft atmospheric layers around it. Every encounter therefore sounds a little different.

Music that listens to the room
- I perform live and adapt to the mood of the residents and the room.
- Soft sounds, a calm pace and no sudden jumps in volume.
- Approx. 30–40 minutes — shorter when the day calls for it.
- Listening, humming along or moving: everything is welcome, nothing is required.
How a visit works
A compact format designed to fit the daily routine and possibilities of the facility.
Arrival and setup
Approx. 15 minutes. Battery-powered equipment — no mains power required, including outdoors.
Musical encounter
30–40 minutes, at a pace suited to the residents.
Short feedback
With the team: How was the encounter received? What should we adapt next time?
Quiet pack-down
Approx. 10 minutes, without disturbing the house.
No photos or video of residents are taken without consent.
